We make all our cakes and frostings from scratch using high-quality
ingredients. Our signature recipe is a Classic Vanilla Cake. Other
Flavors include Chocolate, Marble (chocolate and vanilla), Orange
and Amaretto.
Our cakes are very moist using our signature
technique and have a lot of flavor to each bite.
Cakes may be finished with Buttercream, Ganche or Fondant. (white
or ivory)
We use only Scharffen Berger products for our chocolate designs
and flavors.
Available in a variety of styles and shapes,
these one-of a-kind confections add grace and elegance to any

Sugar Art- (large bows and ribbons, chocolate
seashells, sugar leaves, butterflies and more) Hand painting and
other details are priced according to the intricacy of the design.
Color- creates a mood and feel
to your cake, whether all white or blue your colors can be matched
very closely to your theme.
Individual
cakes- often referred to as “mini cakes”
available in a variety of shapes can be singled tier or multiple
tiers, depending on your desired look
Plates-
specialized technique to replicate any party theme design- often
used for toppers on kids birthday cakes. (See picture on left)
Gelatin
cakes- Mostly made for children theme parties (good
choice for children that are allergic to eggs, butter and flour)
Gum
paste flowers - Made with sugar paste, these delicate
creations remarkably look like real flowers and are perennial
favorites, especailly for wedding cakes. We specialize in cascades
of roses, lilies, orchids and more....
Fresh floral arrangements-
are not provided, however we will be happy to arrange them around
the cake at no extra charge

per serving, and the final price may vary. Delivery is available
